What to Know
There are changing rooms at the studio. Wear clothing you can move in (no baggy clothes as they obscure alignment). We practice in bare feet. No perfume cologne or scented lotion. No heavy jewelry.
Do not eat for at least one hour before class. It is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach.
Be punctual. Students should arrive 15 minutes before class begins. Instructors begin each class with preparatory practices. It is unsafe and disruptive to be late.
MYC is fully equipped and props are provided. Feel free to bring your own sticky mat.
